  Stopped in while on work trip and the folks at the counter were as friendly and nice as the folks in my Marlboro branch that I usually visit. I picked up the discounted movie tickets. They are very convenient to do your auto and homeowners insurance through them as well. And any chance to renew my license that does not entail an hour or two at the DMV is a miracle.

  What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. My wife and I are so happy to be members of AAA. Walk in with all the questions you have and feel assured that they will have the answers that will set you mind at ease or they will wear out their keys on their laptops looking for the right answer for you. Our Webster AAA travel agent for the two times we have been there was Mr. C. Rominger and he was more than helpful in booking our vacations. We are especially grateful for all the information he provided us on our first trip to NYC via rail service. Being our first time to NYC we were apprehensive about going, but Mr. Rominger made us feel relaxed and provided us with much detailed information about what train station to depart from, where in NYC the trains final destination was, how to use their subway system and how the subway passes worked. I honestly believe that if it was not for Mr. Rominger's help and his detailed step by step instructions, it is very possible we would have not have taken the trip. We currently have planned a trip to Amish Country in PA, and again, we were lucky enough to have Mr, Rominger assist us. I am sure every AAA staff member is equally devoted to his/her work and will gladly make any of your trips just that much easier for you and just as enjoyable. We, however, prefer to deal with Mr. Rominger. We enjoy his professionalism and how easy he is to work with. We feel very lucky to have met him. Sam and Linda Chipman

  Every trip to AAA Webster has been a very pleasant experience and the service and attentiveness to detail extraordinary. Being a long time AAA user there is no better deal in town, whether we are planning a trip, looking over our insurance needs or simply using the discount tickets for movies, amusement parks or airport parking. Who could ask for more than great service, fantastic pricing and right next door.

  Really nice people, I went to get a AAA membership and a car insurance. Service from all people was really nice not only in place but after, when mail communication was needed.
